Kendell & Associates and its affiliates provide value-added early-stage, bridge, and mezzanine financing for high-growth companies. K & A also assists small and medium-sized companies to structure and complete the equity, debt, and vendor financings required to develop new products or markets, expand networks, acquire assets, or broaden operations.
